I call bullshit.

EVERYONE is capable of and deserves a loving relationship and sex life if they want it, but most of us believe we’re too broken, inherently unloveable, or undeserving.

Our sessions go straight to the heart of what’s holding you back in your sex and relationships. As we work together, we’ll identify your goals and growing edges, create a personalized plan of tools and exercises to build your relational skills, and develop strategies for integrating these changes into your daily life.

The result? More love and compassion for yourself, more patience and understanding for others, and more intimate and harmonious relationships.

Here’s the process:

First, we look at how your current relationship patterns are rooted in your past. What happened when you were young to make you YOU? You’ll understand how your relational blueprint was formed, and you’ll develop self-awareness around what triggers you, why, and what you can do about it.

Then, we look at your relationship to yourself and the interplay of your mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Where are you strong, and where do you need more balance? We’ll unpack your limiting beliefs and strengthen your embodiment, emotional awareness, and connection to spirit, magic, and nature.

Finally, we’ll focus on your relationships with others. From a place of connection to yourself, how can you connect most intimately and authentically with romantic and sexual partners, friends, family, colleagues, and your community? We’ll address your boundaries, communication, and erotic skills to help you get the intimacy you want.

You’ll come away knowing that even though you’re not perfect, you’re completely loveable and desirable, just as you are. From this place of genuine self-worth, you’ll be able to give and receive love freely.

You will also:

  • Become more fully yourself and more accepting of those around you.
